Comments are disappearing

For some reason the comments won't load on TikTok. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I've tried everything, clearing the cache, updating the app, restarting my phone, uninst@ling the app, but nothing worked. I took screenshots as reference. You can see in the first pic, there are thousands of comments but when I opened it, the comments didn't appear.
