I want to post reddit memes on my TikTok account. How do I credit the OP?

What’s the best way to credit them? Is there a standard for content creators I’m not aware of for crediting the OP here or other platforms like CapCut like how we used to cite sources in school/college ? I’m new at this and I want to do it as ethically as possible.
