Age restriction

Just got this notification out of nowhere. i’ve never gone live and wasn’t planning to on this account ( my main ). is there any way i can bypass this by just going private and not verifying ? has anyone also gotten this notification today cause my friend also got it the same time as me. i’m afraid of losing my account ( im 20)
