Is TikTok just filtering comments, making the issue to where people can’t see their own replies/share?

I’ve realized a lot of people have the issue to where they cannot see their replies to their own comments. I realized that those certain comments that you can’t seem to see replies for you cannot also share them yourself, but comments you get reply notifications for you’re able to share them, I’ve also seen when you make a video there’s certain comments filtered that you have to approve. TikTok support never answers this to people and just say it’s an intended feature.
