TikTok Ads stopped spending budget even though campaigns are active

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my TikTok Business Center. My campaigns were running normally and generating conversions, but since yesterday they have remained Active without spending any budget ($0 spend). I’ve created new campaigns with different objectives (Awareness, Engagement, etc.) and tested different settings, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?
