Is this happening to anyone else?
My FYP is completely broken. For the last 2 weeks, most of the videos I see are content I never engage with nor do I want to. I’ve been bombarded with Love Island, FIFA, streamer university and videos with millions of likes from accounts with 200 followers. And of course the AI slop. Not only am I getting this content that I don’t want, but the same videos play over and over and over again. At first, I tried to filter these videos out with every possible hashtag I could think of and that did absolutely nothing. Then I tried hitting “not interested” which also did nothing. Then I just started blocking people, because I thought that would at least get the same videos of my FYP. That has not worked. At certain points throughout the day, my FYP is nothing but videos from accounts I have already blocked. I’ve heard very minimal complaining about this and it’s making me feel crazy. I literally can’t use this app anymore. Is anyone else having a similar experience?
