If 0 dollars were put into advertising the changed dates, why is she acting like they advertised the original event. She's making it sound like it would have been sold out without the date change but gives 0 evidence of that being the case.

Also, no one bought streaming rights for it cuz it would not make money. There's not some secret conspiracy going on here. If it would make money, someone would have bought the streaming rights

It's a rather chicken and egg situation.

Womens football won't (at least for the foreseeable future) reach the demand of men's football, we all know that.

There is very little money (relatively) to be made in women's football because of the lack of viewership and participation. So sponsors or hosts aren't incentivised to spend money on it.

The date change is harsh on the participants and any fans, but if it was a men's international football tournament moved with 2 weeks notice until kick-off, that stadium would still be at least half full.

Women's football will grow, it will take time, but it will. It is just not enough people gave a shit about this tournament. Shame on the hosts really, they shouldn't have accepted hosting if they were going to fuck around.

How come these people don’t want to make tons of money by broadcasting these games? With all the people clamoring to advertise, attend, and view these games on TV, it just seems like a goldmine left on the table.
