Disable refresh when sliding finger down screen.

Hi does anyone know if there's a way to disable TikTok from refreshing a video with you slide your finger going down the screen?

I would like to know if I can be done because most of the time when I put my finger on the seek bar to go back to certain parts of a video the app somehow reads that I'm sliding my finger down when I'm just going left to right and when that happens a new video appears and I can't see the previous video I was just watching.

Its frustrating when I want to see a part of a video and it decides to refresh and I can't video the video again unless I like or bookmark it unless there a setting where I can view my watch history.
