Views stuck at 0, couldn't get in touch with support.

I had 3 videos scheduled but since tiktok is a platform that's not very bright I had to reupload the videos so I can post them at different times, ever since then my views are stuck to 0, this has been happening for 2 weeks now and it's very frustrating, what is wrong with this platform and how can I fix this without nuking my channel and making a new one?
