i keep getting these ring ads on tiktok, what do i do?

i have been getting endless rings possibly CSAM rings on tiktok that tell me that if i’m over 18 i should scroll and if not then i should swipe left to a site that’s disguised as something else such as “HIV health resources“. what should i do about this? should i call authorities or just report the ad?
