is there a way to bypass copyright?

I’ve been trying to post a 2 min video to the song Who’s Sorry Now? By Connie Francis. I’ve posted it so many times now and each time it got muted. I tried adding a sound on top of it and lowering the volume, that didn’t work. I tried posting it on its own, that didn’t work. I tried letting an audio add itself and keeping the volume the same, that didn’t work. It’s so frustrating oml
