Has anyone else gotten videos like this?

Today I was scrolling TikTok and it was normal and showing me videos i’d normally watch but then it just suddenly showed me a video of an old woman showing that she had a serious face deformity and i don’t wanna get into specifics because it was very grotesque but now I can’t get it out of my head. There was no warning for it and I wanna make sure I don’t see something like that again. How do I do that?
