Sure it's true that some jobs just aren't for everyone but you can have that conversation in some manner that doesn't involve humiliating them and then posting them online for further humiliation. Guy is a douche. If he's upset with her being assigned to his truck then he needs to take it up with his supervisor/manager/business owner or whatever.
