How tf do you make words on the screen?

I'm talking about those videos where the words appear and disappear as they're being spoken. Not full sentences but individual words. Im seeing everyone do it. Whenever I try using the text feature I'll get a few bars in and then "maximum stickers selected" error or whatever.
