Paypal refunded me and TikTok wants me to pay for unauthorized charges

Hey everyone.as the title says,PayPal gave me a refund after an unauthorized person bought 42k coins.I sent in the screenshots and receipts and TikTok still wants me to pay for something I didn’t buy.Is there anything I can do or am I s.o.l?

Good luck getting it back! Last year I bought 60,000 coins and I never received my coins,fought with TIKTOK BOTS,MY BANK,All to no avail,so I consider it theft!! I bought the coins,,TIKTOK took my $$ and coins🤬🤬This is happening alot with creator's from what I am seeing!
