this question would probably envoke a more in depth discussion in r/dating . but from my (subjective) perspective the answer to your question is yes lol. ive been called a “loverboy” because i am in pursuit of a long term relationship and that feels a bit derogatory, meanwhile ive seen both genders say they have an “avoidant” attachment style which feels like an excuse to sleep around while not committing to a single relationship. and racking up a body count almost seems like a game to some people
