My friend is getting shamed on tiktok, what do I do?

so basically my friend is getting hate on tiktok because he allegedly cheated on his girlfriend with a guy which is not true. there is this hate account just posting off-guarded pictures of him and making fun of his looks, which is so mean, and it's really been affecting him. we told him to block that person and all of our friends reported the individual, but it's just affecting him more and more. we tried talking and tracking down the creator, but it looks to be a spam account. they have 130 followers but they're probably bots or people who just follow back. the best thing for him to do is probably to just ignore it and move on, but it doesn't seem to be working. is there anything we can do?
