small creator looking to grow

hi! trying my very best to grow on tik tok through lifestyle/beauty/fitness/fashion content. Posting 1-3x daily usually a mix of photo slides and videos. stuck in 300-700 views JAIL. i have 311 followers, gaining 1-2 followers every few posts. I small brands interact with my videos (like and comment) but nothing has really "blown up". i dont really have a growth strategy in place besides just posting a much as possible while keeping my content good quality. looking for tips and tricks on how to gain traction with my ultimate goal being mid sized brand deals and PR. Not really looking to become a full fledged content creator instead have a creative outlet that i can benefit from. Lmk your thoughts !

Posting more isn't the fix if you're not optimizing for the algorithm's initial test. Try hooking within the first 2 seconds — a pattern interrupt via text overlay or a quick cut — and keep videos under 15s for lifestyle/fashion. Photo slides rarely get pushed compared to full video now, tbh.

Posting 1-3 times a day can hide the useful signal here. I would run a two-week test with one repeatable series and a clear audience promise, rather than changing topic and format at the same time. For example, make several videos that solve one small beauty, fitness, or fashion problem, then compare them with each other.

The 300-700 view range does not necessarily mean the account is permanently stuck. Look at retention in the first few seconds, rewatches, shares, profile visits, and follows per 1,000 views. A post that gets fewer views but makes the right people visit your profile is probably more useful for future brand work than a random spike. Also, give the best-performing topic a few attempts before moving on. One post is not enough data to judge a format.

The 300-700 band usually isn't a posting-volume problem, it's that the algorithm can't work out who your videos are for. Lifestyle plus beauty plus fitness plus fashion on one account means every test goes to a slightly different audience and none of them turn into follows. Picking one of those for a couple of months is boring advice, but it's the thing that actually moves you out of the band.

On the brand deals part: you don't have to blow up first. A lot of paid content work goes to creators with small accounts, because the brand is buying the video itself rather than your audience. At 311 followers you can already get paid per piece if the content looks like an ad that doesn't feel like one, and that's a much faster lane than waiting to be big enough for PR packages.

Fair warning that I run a UGC marketplace (Flare UGC), so weigh that accordingly. The point holds wherever you find the work though: brands hiring for content are looking at the video, not the follower count.

When you say you 'don't have a strategy for growth', are you tracking any of it? Cause if not that's absolutely where I'd start.

Right now it sounds like you might be casting a wide net based on your niche, which is good for getting started, but with 300-700 views you have enough data now to see which posts are driving the most engagement to be able to double down on that format.

I'll also say that I've worked in brand marketing for over 10 years, and what I've learned is the brands that are worth working with will care about whether you can show engagement and traffic that's attributable to you. They aren't going to be impressed by follower count. If you can get concrete data (proof) that shows you can drive attention to your profile and then get people clicking through to a landing page and converting into sales, you'll be heads and shoulders above a lot of content creators in your niche.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
