Why is TikTok restricting my live?

Does anyone know why TikTok gave me this LIVE restriction? It says my LIVE isn’t eligible for recommendations because it allegedly directs users to buy products outside of TikTok. I wasn’t promoting any external store. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it an automated detection or a mistake?
