He is literally the most chill guy - I watch him all of the time. That woman is crazy and I hope her bosses see it. I am going to guess she is a pain in the ass constantly and people loathe working with her.

She is one of those perpetual victims types.

Yeah buddy. There are some genuinely miserable people out there in the world.. the worst of them is the type who gets satisfaction only from making others' lives miserable as well.. your best move with these people is to give them a wide birth and just don't deal with them beyond the very bare minimum.
