New account what to do?

Hello everyone. I made a tiktok account a few days ago. I posted a video today and even after half a day it has no views. Zero basically.

I genuinely don't know what the issue is. The content is my own, I did not use any copyrighted music. The editing was done by me. It is like an art timelapse, but edited. I did not use too many hashtags. I wrote a caption amd description. So like, I am very stumped.

I also follow a couple people and there is some activity from my account like likes and comments etc. So its not like my account is a dead thing

Ofcourse, I was not expecting many views, but I was expecting a couple

If you guys could give me pointers?

P.S: I uploaded video through a browser, not app. Is that a problem?
