Okay i have no idea if this is "too niche" but there‘s this dude on tiktok who‘s "ragebaiting" by saying insane stuff. He obviously gets death threats, he got doxxed and people are making fun of his face. I showed some of his tiktoks to my boyfriend and we asked ourselves why would anyone show their face while ragebaiting? what happened to digital footprint? Is this a kink/fetish? Is he just mentally ill?? Im sooo confused😭
Not a psychologist but from my extensive experiences in treatment programs, if someone is so desperate for attention that they will even chase this kind of negative attention then there’s almost certainly some kind of mental illness there.

Clout chasing the ragebait trend would be the most retarded thing to do. Thousands even millions of users always try to achieve fame as much as people "with millions of followers", but most of the time it's waste of time and energy. But that doesn't mean they should stop what they're doing, at the end just fuck around and find out.
