he stole my video and gave no credits but i posted it here on reddit and not tiktok plus i didnt copyright it or anything... is there a way i can make him take it down?

If you want to try to manage it, make a TikTok account just to repost your own videos. Maybe consider adding watermarks too to build credibility.
