spam calls on tik tok

this whole week ive recieved probably more than a dozen calls on my account despite having limited ny direct messages. I specifically set it so that I dont allow requests from anyone but the calls keep coming in.. is there any way to stop it?? i enjoy posting content so I cant really go private but these calls are driving me crazy!!
