Saw this bullshit on insta, ofc all the mouth breathers are for this idiot risking his life for this. Like yeah, I don’t want my taxes being spent on potentially recovering your remains from those rocks, fuck me right? 

Had the police seen this clown and watched him swing until he dashed himself on the rocks everyone would be crying that their tax dollars were being wasted because police didn't intervene. Glad the guy acting like a toddler went to jail though. 

Arrest the friends too.

Yeah I’m actually on the cops side on this one. I’ve known someone who’s killed themselves doing stupid shit like this.

§ 4319 - Games and Recreational Activities

No person shall engage in games or recreational activities that endanger the safety of persons, property, resources, or interfere with visitor activities except as permitted by the Department. No person shall hold, sponsor, lead, or otherwise have control over a game or recreational activity occurring wholly or partially within or on any property owned, operated or administered by the Department without an approved Special Event permit if any of the criteria set forth in section 4301(j) apply.

I hate douch bags who ask over and over "why, what for, what did I do wrong" when they've been fucking told. 

Wrecking state park flora and being assholes, I'm siding with the cop on this one. Guy could've easily Terebithia'd himself, and then his friends would have been all "Why didn't you stop him???" Hope they all get the book thrown at them.

The cops are in the right. They're trying to protect people from their own idiocy and wasting thousands of dollars if uneeded search and rescue or recovery 

Sure all cops are bastards, but sometimes they're ruining "fun" for the right reasons. 

Then when they injure themselves it requires public resources to be deployed to rescue them.
