Why are my Tiktok video exports quieter than the original?

When i post a Tiktok and then export the video to use on other platforms, the video is significantly quieter than what is posted on Tiktok

Anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

I was previously editing the export file in capcut to counter this issue but now they want money to remove the watermark...
