How do I recover from significant view drops after ending a promotion?

I bought the promote feature for two videos and once I started getting random bot accounts liking my videos and following my account, I realized I'm not going to be getting loyal followers or people who actually enjoy my content so I ended it. After that, my average likes have gone down from around 150 to 20 or even less. How do I recover from this? The quality of my content has not changed at all, in fact it's improved. So when do my views go back to normal if ever?
