I got restricted for being under 16 even though i’m 18.

what the actual fuck??? just randomly got a notification about this and now i can’t access dms or a bunch of other features basically handicapped my account. i don’t have a california ID yet. also the idea of submitting an ID to use a social media app is quite frankly fucking absurd. if i just submit my moms ID will it work?
