tiktok wont let me change my profile

TikTok won’t let me change my PFP OR bio for months — anyone know how to fix this?
I’ve been trying to change my TikTok profile picture for MONTHS, and every single time I get the error “edited your profile too much today.”
The weird part is that I get the exact same error when I try to change my bio, even though I’m not changing my PFP.
I’ve already tried:
Reinstalling TikTok
Clearing the cache
Changing it from my iPad instead of my phone
Trying different profile pictures
Contacting TikTok about the issue
Nothing has worked, and it’s been happening for months.
My current PFP is fine and my bio isn’t anything important, but I’d still like to change my PFP.
Has anyone else had this happen, especially where both the PFP and bio give the same error? If you found a fix, PLEASE tell me 🙏
