what is going on here?

i’m not sure if this is the best place to post this but i’ve stumbled across this account where a group of live streamers just keep walking back and forth in sync to the same song on repeat for hours upon hours everyday. most of the time they look exhausted and like they don’t want to be there.

does anyone know what this is?
