I think its pretty uncivilized to not have the right to be able to physically punish that person right there and then.

I once was in the same situation but the guy was actually standing in our doorway pissing against the wall. I saw him on the cctv. By the time I got there i was pretty angry. I booted him clean into the gutter of the road where he lay completely dazed with his trousers round his ankles. I watched him on the CCTV trying to figure out what happened watching people walk past and ignore him until a damn Priest happened by. It was funny as hell 😂
