Does anyone else keep seeing these wierd bot posts? I've blocked basically this exact account probably ten times now and still get new ones

It's always the same name and first picture with a series of images. They're basically ads as it just recommends a bunch of random shit. Initially the ones I kept seeing and getting annoyed by were labeled "things I wish you knew sooner (as a butt doctor)" but now I see them for feminine hygiene products. Every time I see them I block them. I think I accidentally solidified them in my algo by falling for the first one on autopilot and sliding through a couple images and now I can't get rid of them
