Shops working with creators

I do my own digitizing/embroidery and a few other products. I see the shop is set up for giving creators a percentage of profits. I am open to doing custom designs. But, I'm wondering how people are building those relationships? I have yet to make any tiktoks. I don't want to be spamming random accounts.
