DIigen has stopped responding to my questions about my account.

Has anyone else had issues with this? Since the website updated the layout a little while ago things have been harder to understand and I just had some questions with the new functions. I asked the chat, couldn't get an answer so requested a human, never got a response. I was also supposed to get an email response, never got one. Have tried a few times since. no response. I even pulled there own written guidelines from the site, and the chat told me that wasn't a thing. Said I should speak to a human.... no response.

The ban isn't really about privacy concerns

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship...
