Need help with researching
everyone
I was learning researching and scriptwriting for that I was building a demo project on founder to understand how to do reserach and then how to use it to write a script
so I can offer services to founder or other client's , only thing I'm looking from content marketing expert's is constructive critisim the way I'm doing reserach
Important thing's so expert can give me better feedback I used chatgpt and give it full context about me and what I'm trying to do and ask it to help me with framework so I can structure my reseraching instead of doing random reserach that leave to nowhere here is the link guy's
I hope some of u will give me feedback
RESEARCH / EVIDENCE
1. Founder context
- Founder: Yash / u/yashwecan
- Business: Hunger Inc / Bombay Sweet Shop
- Category: F&B / Hospitality
- Relevant beliefs I found: brand before scale, hospitality over basic service, Indian heritage with modern execution.
2. Audience evidence
Occasion planners
Evidence: birthday/anniversary bookings, group reviews.
Why they came: shared experience / celebration.
Possible interpretation: service, ease and atmosphere matter.
Experience seekers
Evidence: tasting menus, experimental dishes, positive novelty comments.
Why they came: curiosity / discovery.
Possible interpretation: creative food + storytelling matter.
Value-conscious diners
Evidence: repeated discussion around price, portion, waiting time and quality.
Possible interpretation: people will pay premium prices, but expect the experience to justify it.
3. Repeated tensions
- Queue/wait-time friction
- Price vs. experience
- Traditional authenticity vs. modern execution
- Desire for something beyond “just food”
Main audience: 1 tier one urban audience from mumbai that have high disposable income from age
What they want: THey wanted best experience and hospitality and creative food choices because they already eaten food from different part’s of world
What matters to them: consistent food quality best experience and ambiance
Main tension/problem: high queue line for the food , food to price ratio is very less
Brands they interact with:
- High-end, experience-driven restaurants
- Artisanal/Gourmet dessert and mithai brands
- Trendy, hype-driven cafes and bakeries
- Modern Indian fusion eateries
feedback on
Where am I interpreting evidence incorrectly?
Am I confusing audience segments, motivations, occasions, or decision criteria?
What would an experienced researcher do differently?
