Streak not starting?

So me and my (new) friend started talking in tiktok for the last 5 days, we send videos and msgs but still dont have a streak. Already cleaned cache, restarted the app and phone. Stop following and started following again.

I tried talking to tiktok support but it doesnt even work.

What do I do??
