What time does daily analytics/monetization data reset or update?

Hey everyone,

Quick question — does anyone know at what time (and in which timezone) the daily analytics and monetization data typically refreshes/resets for the previous day?

I'm trying to figure out the exact time I should check my dashboard to get the finalized numbers from the day before, rather than partial/incomplete data.
