How to ask seller for refund on other payment platforms

Hi the seller need to refund me but due to partial refund they couldn’t let me cancel the order and I could ask them to put the balance as my fund with the shop, but I recall receiving alipay payment before. However I want to avoid being banned again so I’m not sure what is the safest way to show them my alipay or my WeChat acc to receive the payment.

Does anyone know if I could forward my alipay code to them? I tried and it can’t be sent there’s a reload red button

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship...
