Views dropped and "Add To Story" feature is gone.

I have a small account with only 80 followers but I would usually post regularly. Then since July 10th, my views dropped down from the average of 300-1000 to around 20 views only. As well as in the same time that occurs, my ability to put my posts onto my story or known as "Add To Story" feature was quietly revoked from me without explanation. I did an account check and I was called fine. I'd like to understand what the actual heck is going on and will it ever get fixed?
