has anyone had a weird “screentime to cash” pop up? and am i an idiot for giving it my age?

i was randomly scrolling through tiktok. in the middle of a video, my screen turns black and then words appear talking about “screentime to cash”, asked me to confirm my birthday, and then said something about a partner app? has anyone else seen this? i mean, ive seen ads on tiktok talking about shit like that, always sounded too good to be true. but this wasn’t an ad for that, so i have no clue how it popped up.
