My Features are being taken away

Hi, a few days ago my TikTok updated and switched to the new ui. after that, i saw

that the bubble that appears on top of ur pfp is gone aka "thoughts" i thought it was a bug so ignored it and moved on. it still hasn't came back, I'm now panicking. a year ago in 2025, i lost the ability to add notes to my reposts. and now this. can someone tell me what's going on?
