Eerie tiktok comments

I opened the comments on a video of a creator I often interact with and it was filled with what appears to be bots. Across tiktok I see "voted yumleaks" yet no polls. Is social media just bots now? I just found this so eerie, its just the same few comments repeated over and over again, made to sound like humans.
