Who is this?

I am trying to find a tikoker I watched in 2023, the only video I can remember of hers is her lip stain peel off video. I think it was wow peel off, but not sure if it’s the correct brand. Basically, she had the song “just the two of us” as the sound. And she was putting on the lip stain and peeling it off showing the result. I think she had blonde wavy/curly hair, and her brother was behind her goofing around.

Not sure if this is even the right subreddit to post this in, suggest me something else pls if not 😭 the tiktoker was also I think around 19 or so at the time, I don’t know exact age.
