I’ve had two Randos message me and it went straight to message request what does this mean?

This is the second guy who’s messaged me with that warning label. What does that mean? Are they bots? Potential scammers? TikTok doesn’t really say. So I was curious if anyone else has gotten randos dm them and if you know what the warning label is about.
