Why am I getting these bots all of the sudden, they kept liking me and even using bots to mention everyone just to promote their shitty money making app

I keep getting accounts like Emily who I guess used bots automatically like my comments just to promote their stuff and recently, another account with a similar purpose mentioned almost everyone just to promote it's so fucking annoying. Whatever you do, do not add it to your Google/apple wallet, it may be a scam
