Cant message anybody

Today i was normally messaging people until now

Now every message i send to anybody says that im violating rules

But tiktok didnt send any ban notif

Does anybody know why this is happening

The new rule is 3 messages a day . Any more is considered spam.

It’s forcing everyone to chat in text or outside of TikTok
