Huge problem with the app

So about an hour ago I tried to reply using a sticker to on Tiktok, and I have been getting falsely flagged as not abiding by the rules of the app. I cannot send a message to anyone but groups ( reactions still appear ). Tech support doesn’t aid either ( when it works ). I have seen similar posts in the last few minutes, so I don’t think only I have this problem.
If anyone knows anything, any assistance is appreciated🙏
