Does almost everyone start out bad?

I don't think so because literally everyone in my feed has numbers I've never seen before. 100k likes , million views, so many comment, shares, etc. and these are just basic talk in front of camera and give opinion and sometimes just trendy stuff everyone else is doing. but then I never ever see post with like 0 views, engagement etc. and I am a part of that group

I thought this was the easy platform compare to the rest. anyone else struggling?
