How much should I charge for brand collaborations with 250k+ followers?

Hey everyone, I’ve been emailed many times by tech companies who want to do partnerships with me. I’ve never really responded but I would like to start. I’m unsure how much I could reasonably charge so that they wouldn’t stop responding.
