Transfer 100s of drafts to new iPhone?

Hi All,

my daughter upgraded from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 15 a couple of days ago. When setting up the new phone, we transferred the data automatically by having the phones next to each other.

However, turned out, the TikTok drafts are not transferred.

I have found a solution where you have to do each video draft individually (save to camera roll on old phone, sync to iCloud, then import as draft from camera roll into TikTok.

I have found solutions which also said that full backups and a new phone setup should work. Before backing up the old phone locally on a Macbook and then restoring the backup to the old phone, I'd like to ask whether this will really work? (because it would undo everything my daughter did to the new phone in the last couple of days). Because the phone transfer didn't work either...
